Performance

The latest in amplifier technology, Johansson offer a wide range of fully shielded, low noise 'F' type masthead amplifiers. Tests have proven that the Johansson range give excellent results with lower input levels. Signals as low as 35dBμV (analogue only) have resulted in clean pictures.

Shielding

To avoid interference a full metal case surrounds the componentry, to minimise ingress & egress of unwanted signals.

Gain Control Sockets

As a special feature of the J40 'F' series, the noise figure has been kept to a minimum by placing the attenuation controls between the first and the second stages. Separate controls for UHF & VHF allows optimum launch levels.
